December 16 - January 13	Priority enrollment for current school families
January 12, 2024	Dean's Merit and Cougar Merit Scholarship applications due
January 19	New families accepted according to remaining space after priority enrollment
February 23	Financial FACTS grant aid applications due
April 1	Late enrollment period begins for current and new families
July 1	Last day to submit an application for a first day of school start

Application Process

Step 1 - Schedule A Tour

Attend one of our school preview dates. You can also schedule a personal tour of our campus. Schedule your private tour by filling out this form.

Step 2 - Complete Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu at the top of the page.

Within the application, you will be asked to provide:

Teacher Recommendation - please provide an email address for one of your student's teachers
Character Reference OR Pastor Recommendation - please provide the email address of someone not related who knows your family well
Report Cards from previous 2 years (1st grade applicants and up)
Most Recent Standardized Testing Results (1st grade applicants and up)
Immunization Record
Other supporting documents
$100 application fee (non-refundable)

Step 3 - Enroll Your Student

Complete and submit the enrollment packet.
